The Jeep is an American icon, and for the 2014 model year it is better than ever. Its unique character and true off-road abilities continue to appeal to many demographics of drivers. Changes for this model year include adjustments to various option packages.

The 2014 Jeep Wrangler is available in several unique trims: Sport, Unlimited Sport,Sahara, Unlimited Sport RHD, Rubicon, Unlimited Sahara, and Unlimited Rubicon. The regular Jeep Wrangler has two doors, while Unlimited trims have four.

Whatever trim a drivers chooses, the 2014 Jeep Wrangler is qualified for weekend fun.This SUV will climb over rocks, cross streams and plow through the sand dunes, thanks to its standard four-wheel drive and high ground clearance. The standard equipment on the 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport include 16-inch steel wheels, front and rear tow hooks,fog lamps, a removable black soft top, and a six-speaker stereo system that can be controlled by buttons on the steering wheel. The larger Unlimited Sport gains a rear seat that can be folded 60/40. Higher trim levels add more comfort and convenience features like larger alloy wheels, a sway bar, leather, and more.

Jeep knows that its drivers are concerned with powertrain and performance. That is why the 2014 Jeep Wrangler is standard with a 3.6-liter V6 engine that pumps out285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed manual transmission with hill-start assist is standard, while a five-speed automatic with both hill-start assist and hill-descent control is optional. When properly equipped, the powerful 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited has a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 pounds, while the two door Wrangler tops out at slightly less.
