Ian started his career after college with Dave Dennis. Starting out in New Vehicle Sales and Leasing and then becoming a dealership Business Manager, he has since become New Vehicle Sales Manager for the dealership. His latest venture at the dealership eCommerce Director is presenting new and interesting challenges every day.

J.B. Davis has been in the Automotive Industry for over 15 years. J.B. started his career in Cincinnati in the early 1990's and moved to Dave Dennis in the late 1990's. J.B. is committed to your satisfaction and giving you a pleasant experience. His personal success has helped the dealership tremendously.

Kevin sold an astonishing 235 vehicles in 2006 followed up by 248 in 2007! Not only was he the #1 Volume Sales Consultant at Dave Dennis, he was the #1 Volume Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge salesperson in the state of Ohio. A long-term veteran of the industry Kevin has been in Ohio since 2004 and with Dave Dennis since his arrival. His goal is to turn every visitor into a long-term customer.

Andy has been with Dave Dennis now for over 10 years. Andy started out in Sales and was promoted to Business Manager. Working at our old Dodge Store in Fairborn, Ohio Andy eventually had the double duties of Business Manager and Sales Manager. When he moved to our Beavercreek location he shed the Business Manager duties and became New Car Sales Manager for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. He has since moved into a role as one of our Used Car managers. "Crazy Andy" is a very familiar face to many of our customers and is known for the time he spends with each one.

Scott has served the Dennis family for a total of nearly 5 years. He brings extensive Special Finance, Management and Sales experience to the dealership. He has made progressive changes to the daily operations of the Pre-Owned Vehicle Department. He is determined not to lose sight of his vision for the future of the department.

Dwayne has been with the dealership since 2004. Prior to coming to work as our Service Manager he was a store manager for a local retail tire and service center. Dwayne has seen led our Service Department to become the largest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep service department in the Miami Valley.
