I wanted to send a note of thanks to you, your company, and most importantly Kevin Brown.  The help and information he provided us was outstanding and made the purchase of our truck basically seamless.  I did not feel haggled at all while we were in the process of purchasing the truck.  In fact, at one point I told him I wanted to go look at a Ford before I bought.  He took it in stride, told us the differences between the vehicles and let us go on without making us feel pressured.  He just said that he would be waiting for us when we came back.  Needless to say - we came back and bought from him.
